ENTERING: The full Sweepstakes period begins August 10th 2021, and ends December 31st, 2021. Entrants can enter for a chance to win based upon the following methods of entry, unless otherwise prohibited by law: submitting an official entry form via online form submission.

ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 18 or older, homeowners, and be residents of the United States and enter through the offered methods of entry. Entries must be complete in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a $12,000 home makeover consisting of a tub or shower replacement with a shower rod only, or 10 double hung windows (101 UI or less), or up to 16 squares of HD GAF shingles (no greater than up to 10/12 pitch), Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions allowed. Home makeover certificates are not redeemable for cash. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

WINNING: One winner will be selected at random. Sponsors will notify the winners via telephone and/or email (depending on contact information provided by winner). If winner does not respond to Sponsor's notifications and/or cannot be reached by Sponsors within fourteen (14) days after the date of the first attempt to contact winner, the winner shall forfeit the prize. Winner will be
responsible for any local, state and federal taxes related to the prize. Winner must claim prize within thirty (30) days after receipt of the official notice. If the prize is unclaimed by the winner, it will remain unrewarded. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsors for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit must be notarized.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not improve your odds of winning.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or a portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupts or impairsadministration, security, fairness, or proper operation of this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned irrespectively of whether participant declines this promotion. Participant expressly agrees to be contacted on their landline phone and or wireless phone through the use of an auto dialing system about this promotion and others periodically used by this sponsor, and participant also agrees to be contacted via text, mail, or email about this promotion or other promotions periodically offered by sponsor until participant notifies sponsor in writing that
he/she no longer wants to be notified of this promotion and any new promotions offered by sponsor.
